KI Satsuma Citrus 9MG: Honeyed Mandarin With No Cooling

KI Satsuma Citrus 9MG is a fruit led, tobacco free nicotine pouch from Ki Bio Ltd with 9mg of nicotine in every slim pouch. If you know the brand as KI snus, it helps to know there is no tobacco leaf inside; only the nicotine is derived from tobacco.

Like the rest of the range, the flavour draws on Japan for ideas. It was created by a Michelin trained chef and is made in Helsingborg, Sweden.

What Does KI Satsuma Citrus Taste Like?

Soft satsuma mandarin comes first, low in acidity and gently sweet. Fragrant peel, a drop of honey and fresh orange zest follow, before it closes on something close to marmalade.

There is no cooling at all, and KI itself points to this flavour for people who don't get on with icy pouches. The recipe also leaves out propylene glycol.

KI Satsuma Citrus 3MG vs 9MG

The KI Satsuma Citrus 3MG is the lighter twin: identical mandarin flavour and pouch, but 3mg of nicotine rather than 9mg.

How Strong Is KI Satsuma Citrus 9MG?

At 9mg per pouch this one falls into our Strong category. It is aimed at people who already use pouches regularly and want a clear kick that stops short of extreme. Note that KI quotes nicotine per pouch and leaves mg/g off the label.
