NIC NAC Grapefruit 6MG

NIC NAC Grapefruit 6MG: Bright Citrus at Regular Strength

NIC NAC Grapefruit 6MG packs 6mg of nicotine into a tobacco free lozenge. You tuck it in your lip and it dissolves completely, with no pouch and no spitting.

What Does NIC NAC Grapefruit Taste Like?

NIC NAC flavours this lozenge with pink grapefruit from South Africa. Its official description is subtle, bright and refreshing: a light, fresh grapefruit note with a touch of sweetness from xylitol.

Both the flavour and the nicotine are kept simple. The nicotine is made without tobacco, and the brand avoids artificial flavours and colours.

Prefer less nicotine? It is also available as NIC NAC Grapefruit 3MG. Or pair it with NIC NAC Blood Orange 6MG for a sweeter citrus at the same level.

How Strong Is NIC NAC Grapefruit 6MG?

Each lozenge contains 6mg of nicotine, so it falls into our Regular category. It suits adults who are already used to nicotine; anyone newer to oral nicotine should start with the 3mg version instead.

Halving a lozenge gives you roughly 3mg if you want to ease off for a while.
