NIC NAC Grapefruit 3MG

NIC NAC Grapefruit 3MG: Pink Grapefruit, Lightly Done

NIC NAC Grapefruit 3MG is a small nicotine lozenge with 3mg of nicotine and zero tobacco. Rather than sitting in a pouch, it simply dissolves in your lip until there is nothing left.

What Does NIC NAC Grapefruit Taste Like?

This flavour uses South African pink grapefruit. NIC NAC calls it subtle, bright and refreshing, so it is a clean citrus taste that stays in the background rather than shouting.

The lozenges are sweetened with xylitol and the brand says they are gluten free, lactose free and vegan.

Also available as NIC NAC Grapefruit 6MG. For a zesty alternative at this strength, have a look at NIC NAC Lemon 3MG.

How Strong Is NIC NAC Grapefruit 3MG?

With 3mg of nicotine in each lozenge, it belongs in our Light category. That makes it a sensible choice for adults who already use nicotine and prefer to keep their intake on the low side.

Want it lighter again? Break the lozenge in two and use one half at a time.
