1. Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
